These terms cover the Evergreen Business Launch Resource Pack and the information pages on this site. They restate the approved purchase terms — they do not add new commitments.
What is for sale
The Evergreen Business Launch Resource Pack is the product available on this site: a one-time digital download. Hosted membership plans, the paid Creator Workspace, AI services and automated marketplace publishing are shown for information only and are not currently for sale.
Approved Resource Pack terms
The following sections are the approved purchase terms for the Resource Pack.
One-time purchase
The price is $49 USD for version 1.0 of the downloadable Resource Pack. It is not a subscription. Any applicable taxes must be shown in the final checkout before payment.
Your business use
The license for the new guides and 100 creator prompts permits the purchasing person or business to use, print and adapt them for its own business planning and original work. It does not permit reselling, sublicensing, publishing or sharing the original pack, prompt library or substantially unchanged files outside that business. Existing workflow and design materials retain their included licenses; these terms do not expand their rights.
Delivery and account
The intended delivery is through a verified Evergreen customer account using the purchase email. A payment confirmation alone does not create a password or account. After purchase, create an account or sign in to connect the verified order. Access must be checked against the actual payment before downloading the named version.
Refund and file assistance
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the pack does not meet your needs. For missing, corrupt or inaccessible files, contact support for assistance or a refund; confirmed duplicate charges should be refunded. Use Customer Support in your Evergreen account or the Contact page. This policy applies when sales open and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Included version and limits
This is a digital download, not a physical item. The purchase covers the listed version and included files. Future upgrades, hosted memberships, AI services or credits, fonts, AI/PSD masters, automatic publishing, done-for-you services and guaranteed earnings are not included. Third-party tools and marketplaces have their own costs and terms.
Accounts and verification
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using an email address you can access. Purchases are linked to the verified account that matches the checkout email, and download access is checked on the server before a file is served. Account access should not be shared.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the original pack, attempt to access another customer’s data or downloads, or use the site or files for unlawful purposes. The license page sets out permitted business use.
No guarantee of results
The pack provides documents, templates and guidance. No income, sales, traffic or business outcome is promised or implied. Results depend on your product, market and effort.
Third-party tools and marketplaces
Any outside tool, marketplace or software you use alongside the pack has its own costs, terms and policies. Those are your arrangements, not part of this purchase.
Changes to these terms
Terms are updated when the offer changes. The version shown here applies to purchases made while it is published; the approved purchase terms included with the pack apply to that purchase.
